Paid Time Off

NDG recognizes that employees need time off from work. This Paid Time Off (PTO) policy was created to promote a flexible approach to time off by combining vacation, sick leave, mental health leave, and personal leave. Full-time employees who have worked for NDG at least six months continuously and have averaged at least 30 hours per week for the six weeks leading up to the request may take PTO as stated below.

Eligibility

  • Full-time employees working 30+ hours weekly

  • Dependent upon hire date

Rollover Policy

On your anniversary date, if you have any UNUSED PTO days remaining, you may elect for these days to “rollover” into the next year in addition to your new year’s PTO.

You can rollover a maximum of 1 week of PTO. Thus, the MAXIMUM PTO that you can accumulate is 1 week + the allotment of PTO for your length of employment.

For more information on our full paid time off policy and how this benefit is paid, please see the Orientation Manual.

To inquire about how many PTO days you have available, please see your General Manager

*If you are in need of an extended leave of absense, or if you would like to inquire about your FMLA (Family & Medical Leave Act) eligibility please contact HR.
