The James is hiring an experienced, dynamic, and hospitality driven Front of House Manager!
The James is a neighborhood restaurant offering traditional American fare in the heart of James Island in Charleston, SC. With an inviting, family-friendly atmosphere, The James offers familiar dishes and top-notch hospitality, creating a community gathering place to return to time and time again.

We are looking for someone with experience in a bustling environment – those comfortable and confident in their ability to move about the floor by assisting team members, interacting with guests, and being a problem solver. The Restaurant Manager:

Experienced in a full-service, high-volume environment, in a management or key holder position.

Knowledgeable of operational management procedures not limited to budgetary discipline, property management, staff supervision, inventory management and food safety protocols
