The Restaurant Manager:

Experienced in a full-service, high-volume environment, in a management or key holder position.

Knowledgeable of operational management procedures not limited to budgetary discipline, property management, staff supervision, inventory management and food safety protocols

The Pastry Chef is:

Experienced, preferably 3+ years pastry experience in an upscale, full-service, high-volume restaurant

Familiarity with traditional pastry techniques such as ice cream production, lamination, and sugar work

Comfortable with mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking bread and cracker items daily
-
Driven and professional with a passion for leading, educating and training staff

Adept at multi-tasking and prioritizing job duties while working collaboratively with a savory team on a comprehensive menu

Proficient in menu and recipe development, food quality management, systems and food costing
-
Knowledgeable of food and kitchen safety and sanitation standards
-
Skilled with budgetary management (inventory and labor)

Full time availability (AM/PM/Weekend) Required
